It is lovingly made with pine and spruce needles and spearmint grown in my yard, with arnica, beeswax, sheanut oil, apricot kernal oil and avocado oil.  It contains the essential oils blue spruce, pine, fir, spearmint and peppermint.  Made with love and infused with Reiki & Mahatma Energy!
