Completing your deposit through this website will add a $15 credit card convenience fee.  If you prefer to mail me a check, or pay cash in person, it is just $500 for the deposit. Remaining balance due Dec. 1, 2025.
 
If you pay the entire amount up front with a check or cash, it is $100 off, so $1800 total, otherwise the total is $1900.
